Abstract

Organizational Justice is concerned with people’s perceptions in their employment relationship. Justice perceptions have been shown to have effects on people’s attitudes, motivation and performance. This paper gives an overview of the dimensions of organizational justice (distributive, procedural and interactional justice) and demonstrates the consequences for HRM activities like hiring, reward systems and talent management.
