Abstract
Die Charta der Grundrechte der Europäischen Union gilt nach ihrem Art. 51 Abs. 1 S. 1 für die Mitgliedstaaten “ausschließlich bei der Durchführung des Rechts der Union“. Ein sehr weites Verständnis dieser Voraussetzung legte der EuGH in seinem Urteil in der Rechtssache
