Author Details
Martin Jarrett is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg. After qualifying as a Solicitor and Barrister in New South Wales, Australia, he practised law for a number of years before taking up a full-time academic position at the University of Mannheim. His principal area of research is international investment law. His academic qualifications are Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (with first class honours) (both from the University of Newcastle, Australia), Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (Sydney), and Doctor of Laws (summa cum laude) (University of Mannheim).
