Author Details

Sebastián Mantilla Blanco was born in Mainz (Germany). He studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá) and at the University of Bonn (Germany) where he obtained a Magister Legum (LL.M.) in 2015 and a doctorate in law (Dr. iur.) in 2018. He is qualified to practice law in Colombia and has experience in the areas of international arbitration, general international law, and human rights. He currently works as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Public Law of the University of Bonn.
