Author Details
José Guilherme Moreno Caiado is a legal practitioner and scholar in the field of International Economic Law. During his Ph.D. at the Graduate School in Law and Economics of the University of Hamburg, he held a DFG scholarship and a Marie Curie Fellowship of the Dispute Settlement in Trade (DISSETTLE) project. He is a former member of the executive council of the Society of International Economic Law, and a co-organiser of the PEPA/SIEL Conferences. His research and publications deal primarily with international trade law, trade remedies, and the economic analysis of international law.
