Abstract
Folgt man der Untersuchung bestimmter historischer Beispiele (The Black Panther Party, Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, etc.) und der Reflektion der Relation zwischen Individuum einerseits und Staat und Recht andererseits, würde ich die Relevanz des Konzepts des Ungehorsams bei der Kennzeichnung der Einstellung zu dem betreffenden Handeln als unterschiedlich zu dem, was vom Recht vorgeschrieben wird, beschreiben.
