Abstract

Abstract

Some management concepts come and go, while others become classics. But is there a way to recognize the direction in which new management concepts are developing? The Management Fashion Theory provides a description of what characterizes management fads and how they can be identified. This article illustrates the basic features of the theory using the concept of “Agile Management” as an example.
