Abstract

The third volume of the "Annual Review of Law and Ethics" primarily concentrates on the issue of "Human Rights and the Rule of Law". It includes the contributions of economists, lawyers, philosophers and political scientists from the nations of Austria, Germany, South Africa, Taiwan and the United States. As such, it underscores the editors' intent to provide a forum for international cooperation across disciplines on ethical and legal issues of current interest.
