Abstract

Ein modernes Bildungswesen lebt von der Vielgestaltigkeit an Arrangements, von der Vernetzung der unterschiedlichen Akteure im Bildungssektor und davon, dass alle Bevölkerungsgruppen in den Bildungsprozess mit einbezogen werden. Aktuell in der Diskussion sind Projekte, in denen Professionelle und Formen des Bürgerschaftlichen Engagements zusammenarbeiten. Am Beispiel des “Forum für Integration und Bildung e. V.“, einer Mentoringplattform, das schulische und universitäre Stakeholder zusammenbringt, werden Veränderungs- und Vernetzungsprozesse der Schulkultur dargelegt. Die explorative Studie legt offen, dass der Identifikationsgrad mit den Zielen der Netzwerkarbeit, das Erleben positiver Wirksamkeitserfahrungen und regelmäßige Kommunikationsprozesse über die Zielerreichung- und Zielumsetzungsvorstellungen der Akteure von Bedeutung sind.

Communal Education Landscape: Schools in the Processes of Change and Connection: Insights Based on an Empirical Examination of a Mentoring Concept

A modern education system thrives on the diversity of arrangements, including the connection between the different players of the educational sector as well as the inclusion of all societal groups. The current debate focuses on projects of further cooperation between professionals and volunteer services. The example of the “Forum für Integration und Bildung e. V.”, a mentoring hub, serves as a starting point in order to outline processes of change and connection. Our study highlights: Most important is that participants identify with the aims of networking, make positive experiences and stay connected.
