Abstract
In Zeiten ständig steigender staatlicher Kosten für das Bildungssystem, für Sozialhilfe und Rentenbeiträge, wird eines deutlich: Die Jahre der Kostenexplosion im Gesundheitswesen müssen vorüber sein. Vor diesem Hintergrund will dieser Beitrag diskutieren, ob eine Rationierung von Gesundheitsleistungen ungerecht ist und zeigt auf, wie ein gerechtes aber bezahlbares Krankenversicherungssystem aussehen müsste.
In times of constantly increasing public spending for education, old-age pensions and social welfare, one thing becomes apparent: the years of rapidly rising health-care costs have to end. Against this backdrop, this paper discusses the question of bureaucratic rationing from a philosophical perspective and presents a health insurance system that is both fair and affordable.
