Zusammenfassung: Die Rolle des Alters der Mutter bei Geburt in der fiskalischen Analyse: Der Fall von Deutschland
Um die wirtschaftlichen und politischen Herausforderungen aufgrund des demographischen Wandels zu bewältigen, wird Bevölkerungspolitik in Form einer Erhöhung der zusammengefassten Geburtenziffer diskutiert. Das durchschnittliche Alter der Mutter bei Geburt wird dabei nicht berücksichtigt. In der vorliegenden Studie wird die Bedeutung dessen in der fiskalischen Analyse anhand der Generationenbilanzierung untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass aggregierte Indikatoren ungeeignet sind, um die Auswirkungen dieser demografischen Prozesse zu beurteilen. Vielmehr sind besonders intergenerative Aspekte von Bedeutung; dabei stellen die relative altersspezifische Fertilitätsrate und die zusammengefasste Geburtenziffer die maßgeblichen Parameter dar.
