Abstract
Democracy, the rule of law and defense behavior: unsuccessful of the organizations of the AfD parliamentary group in the German Bundestag for the election and election of committee chairman
The alternative for Germany (AfD) an organ dispute procedure against the deselection of its parliamentary group as chairman of the legal committee by majority decision on November 13, 2019 and because of the majority non -election of their candidates for three further committee places on December 15, 2021. Equal treatment do not exist as a faction. For its decision, the court used the GG to be based on the free democratic basic order, but not the Bundestag's rules of procedure.
